How would You know when you are ready for Help to say Goodbye to Cigarettes ?

No one can force you to stop smoking cigarettes, but you can do it yourself, with some help from us.

You alone can decide when it's time to make a major change in your life.

If you enjoy smoking cigarettes, or did in the past, it's up to you to have the desire to give a real honest effort to change your lifestyle.

Cigarettes give smokers a wonderful, calming, soothing feeling that makes a cigarette smoker feel happy and satisfied. But something is changing or has changed.

The car or truck you drive smells different from when you first got it, your clothes, your fingers, the office in which you work, the elevator you just walked out of, they all smell like cigarette smoke.

No one will tell you this, but try it out, ask one of your friends, privately.

When you get tired of the control nicotine addiction has on you, the rising cost of cigarettes, the potential internal physical damage to your body and the embarrassment the habit can cause, that could be when you start thinking about ways to stop smoking cigarettes.

There are illnesses caused by cigarette smoking that we are not going to mention, because it's not our intention to gross you out or upset you.

The purpose of this program is to help you regain the control that cigarettes took away from you.

When someone offers you a cigarette and you say "No thank you" in a calm, polite voice, the degree of power and control you have over cigarettes increases tremendously.

You almost feel like a King or Queen when you refuse to light it up and smoke it. That is because, as a cigarette smoker, you will very rarely refuse a cigarette offered to you.

You may not smoke it right away, but you will feel a sense of loss or regret if you refuse it. If you want to refuse a cigarette you can simply say "I don't need it right now" or "I don't feel for one right now" or "I can get it later" or "I'll let you know when I need it" or "I had one not too long ago, I'm OK for now".

Any of those phrases will help you lessen the pressure of accepting a cigarette. If any of the above phrases work for you, let me know so that I can extend my support for your effort.

Buying this program is your first step in experiencing complete control and power over your cigarette habit and nicotine addiction.

A Program you can use to Help you Stop Smoking.

This program was developed from a real life experience of a person that used it and was successful.

He had tried to quit cold turkey but was a menace to be around after three days. He tried the patch, the gum and some electronic gizmo which he tried twice, but still went back to smoking cigarettes.

He used this method and was finally able to get off cigarettes without being a maniac in the process.

His sense of smell has improved. The feeling of waking up tired in the morning was not as pronounced.

This is not some secret formula that was cooked up after 20 years of research in some laboratory under the watchful eye of a scientist. It does not include pills, drugs, inhalers or hypnosis.

We are not saying the gum, the patch, the pills and the inhaler are not helpful to some persons in trying to stop smoking cigarettes. They work for some people.

This is a real process that will work for cigarette smokers, it did for me.

The time it takes to finally quit varies from person to person and depends on the number of cigarettes you smoke and how quickly you recover from the nicotine addiction.

This is a four-step process that would be most effective if followed continuously to the end, until you quit smoking cigarettes.

However, after you stop smoking, you still have to avoid the trap of smoking a "trial or test" cigarette that a friend may offer you.

However, the program is flexible and allows for problems and distractions that may arise while in the process of quitting.

This is a four-step process that could help you to become a nonsmoker again.
